Why is Sprint LTE not working?

Reset your Network Settings . Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you have another device, see if you can connect your carrier’s network with it in that location.

If you see LTE on the top bar of the phone, it just means that the phone is connected to your carrier’s LTE network. As long as you’re on Wi-Fi, your phone data connection won’t be used for internet access .

The LTE Calling (Beta) option of Sprint’s Calling PLUS service is no longer supported . To avoid issues with making and receiving calls, please turn LTE Calling (Beta) Off in Settings. Failure to turn this option Off will result in dropped calls. The Wi-Fi Calling portion of Calling PLUS is still supported.
