Why does Binance say suspended?

Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, briefly suspended all crypto withdrawals on its website on Monday. The exchange announced on Twitter early Monday that it temporarily disabled all crypto withdrawals due to a large backlog , and later said the function has been resumed.

For example, if you have reached out to our team to reset your two-factor authentication, we will temporarily disable your ability to withdraw. In these cases, please wait 48 hours for your ability to be reinstated.

The maintenance will take about 3 hours .

Fellow Binancians, SBTC (Super Bitcoin) transactions are currently not being broadcast onto the network . Hence, Binance will be suspending deposits and withdrawals for SBTC until the network becomes stable.
