Why are bees smart

Although bees are tolerant of temperatures well into the mid-nineties , they really do not like it much hotter. For resources or conditions such as light availability, water availability, and temperature all species have an optimal zone or range.

Although extremely beneficial to crops, health, and making useful natural products for the body and home, the main disadvantage of honeybees is their painful stings . Fortunately, they only sting when they feel threatened, such as when protecting their hive from intruders, or when accidentally stepped on or squished.

Honey bees have an innate immune system that includes physical barriers and generalized cellular and humoral responses to defend themselves against infectious and parasitic organisms . Pathogens, acaricides, fungicides, herbicides and other pesticides affect the bee immune system and consequently bee health.
