Where are the 5G towers in Auckland?

As of Jan. 2020, 5G had been deployed in 50 cities in the United States . Sprint has rolled out mobile 5G in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York City, and Washington, D.C. AT&T has made its mobile 5G+ network live for consumers in parts of 35 cities and 190 markets.

Seven cities were involved in the initial rollout of 5G including London, Glasgow and Manchester and currently, its 5G service is live in 44 locations including Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick, Lancaster, Liverpool, Plymouth, Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton .

We’ve turned on our 5G mobile network in downtown Auckland and Takapuna, Te Awamutu, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Christchurch CBD, Hamilton, Clyde, Alexandra, and Dunedin. Our 5G Wireless Broadband service is available in the above areas as well as Westport, Twizel, Tekapo, and Hokitika.

Roll-out in New Zealand Spark’s 5G mobile service is now available in downtown Auckland, Takapuna, Te Awamutu, New Plymouth, Palmerston North and Dunedin . Vodafone launched 5G in parts of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown in December 2019.
