Best thing is to hold a plank for 30 seconds the go into a mountain climber from the same position. Do that for 30 seconds as well. 10 second break and repeat . Planks are the best way to build rock hard abs, it not just builds strong core but helps you increase the metabolism and lose the fat as well.
