Ensure that existing mid-bands such as 1500 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2300 MHz and 2600 MHz are fully assigned to mobile operators on a technology neutral basis, allowing them to be used for 5G; Make 3.3–3.8 GHz available for 5G; and.
