What is my LTE?

LTE stands for Long Term Evolution . It’s a term used for the particular type of 4G that delivers the fastest mobile Internet experience. You’ll usually see it called 4G LTE. Using a 4G smartphone on Verizon’s 4G LTE network means you can download files from the Internet up to 10 times faster than with 3G.

Go to the Settings menu, then scroll down and tap on Mobile Networks. Tap on that option and then tap on the Network Mode . You should see LTE network selections, and you can just pick the best one for your carrier.

Android phones Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Mode . Here you will see if your phone has the option of selecting a 4G/LTE mode. If the mode is listed, your phone is 4G enabled.
