What is a developer console?

To publish Android apps on Google Play, you’ll need to create a Google Play Developer account.

Go to the API Console. From the projects list, select a project or create a new one. If the APIs & services page isn’t already open, open the console left side menu and select APIs & services, and then select Library. Click the API you want to enable.

The Developer Console is an integrated development environment (more typically called an IDE) where you can create, debug, and test apps in your org . It’s your one-stop solution for a variety of development tasks.

Open Play Console. Go to Developer page. Next to the Physical address, type your valid address where you may be contacted . Note that this will be displayed on Google Play.
