Was in-Ho a player in Squid Game?

In-ho participated in the 28th Squid Game in 2015 as Player 132 and ended up winning it. He was involved in bribery, which were likely the cause of money problems which made him participate in the games. At some point in his life he was a police officer, like his brother Jun-ho.

Now Netflix’s biggest series ever, Squid Game has catapulted its stars – many of whom were well known in South Korea – to global fame, with Lee Jung-jae leading the cast as Seong Gi-hun, a chauffeur with huge gambling who’s invited to play a series of children’s games for the chance to win a large amount of prize money …

The audience is left to believe Jun-ho doesn’t survive In-ho’s bullet. However, since In-ho survives Jun-ho’s shot to his shoulder, Jun-ho may survive , too, since he is shot in the same place.
