TT Token return

The TT Token is designed to be portable, convenient and easy-to-use . Users only need to check that the flashing green light is on, to ensure that the Token is working. The Token comes with a battery with an estimated battery life of 6 months, and will not require any charging.

The Token is free and provided by the Government in our fight against COVID-19 for Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Long Term Pass Holders residing in Singapore .

Step 1: Scan the barcode on your ID card (You can also use your Singpass digital IC). Step 2: Scan the QR code on your old TraceTogether Token. Step 3: Retrieve your new Token from the retrieval unit near the bottom of the vending machine. Step 4: Drop off your old Token in the marked slot.

Residents who are collecting a Token for the first time can do so at any Community Centre/Club . Singaporeans and Permanent Residents can request for the Token to be delivered by post via (https://token.life.gov.sg) (for first-time issuance only).
