How do I connect to the hub?

Locate the reset pinhole on the base/back of the hub. Insert something small like a paperclip into it, and hold it against the button for 5 seconds . This will restore your hub back to its original factory settings, with the original WiFi Key.

Test your device – Turn your device off then on. – Ensure mobile data is on . – Update your device’s software. – Reset your network settings.

Most often the settings are not correct . Make sure: The mobile data on your phone is toggled On (select Data connection via the pull-down menu and make sure it’s on) You have a recent pre-paid SIM card with data credit (older than a year can cause issues)

Ensure your device’s wireless setting is turned on . Double check you’re connected to the correct network (Three Broadband SSID). Reboot your device hub. Make sure to leave the device off for about 30 seconds and connect.
