If you’re a Three customer, the best way to find out how long you have left on your contract is to log into your ‘My 3’ account. From there, go to ‘Upgrades and offers’ then click on ‘check if you can upgrade. ‘ Under ‘minimum term,’ you’ll see your contract end date.

You can request a standard cancellation by calling Three customer services on 333 . This is available from Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-6pm. If you’re cancelling your contract within the first 14 days, you may still be within Three’s cooling off period.
