While it is possible for an RX 580 to be low profile , I highly doubt it. The RX 580 is a solid midrange GPU that requires significant cooling. I have never seen less than a 2 slot heatsink and fan, going back 5 years ago to the initial launch of the RX 480 GPU. Also true of any RX 470/570 variant.
