Python vs TypeScript backend

In general, TypeScript is richer and better designed than Python . It provides a very powerful type system on top of JS, which is today (it wasn’t so pretty a few years ago) a powerful functional/object-oriented language. Python doesn’t have that yet. As it’s built on JavaScript, TypeScript shares that magic. Python does, too! Granted, it has a slightly different implementation since it uses an interpreter instead of a virtual machine. If you’re a hobbyist then TypeScript may not be vital to learn(but could still be fun). If you prefer ES2015 with Babel then TypeScript might not interest you at all. But if you’re a professional frontend developer or hoping to become one, TypeScript is well worth learning .
