OnePlus has officially ended software support for both OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T smartphones that were launched in 2018. The smartphones, which are both powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC under the hood received Android OS updates for three years after they were launched.

The North American version of the OnePlus 6 supports CDMA bands BC0 and BC1 , legacy 3G signals that Verizon and Sprint both still use for phone calls, texts, and fallback data in areas without LTE.16 May 2018
