Java call constructor from another class

It will be invoked at the time of object creation.

A constructor is automatically called when an object is created . It must be placed in public section of class. If we do not specify a constructor, C++ compiler generates a default constructor for object (expects no parameters and has an empty body).

The invocation of one constructor from another constructor within the same class or different class is known as constructor chaining in Java. If we have to call a constructor within the same class, we use ‘this’ keyword and if we want to call it from another class we use the ‘super’ keyword .

When we want to call one constructor from another constructor within the same class, we use the this keyword . An expression that uses the this keyword must be the first line of the constructor. The order doesn’t matter in the constructor chaining. It must have at least one constructor that doesn’t use the this keyword.26 Oca 2021
