Is Machine Learning free on Coursera?

Machine Learning, which restarted on November 26th, is currently presented as an 11-week course (55 hours in total). At intermediate level, it provides a broad introduction to machine learning, datamining, and statistical pattern recognition.

This Coursera machine learning course is titled simply “Machine Learning” and it’s 100% free to take . You’ll only need to pay if you want a shareable machine learning certification from Coursera upon completion (though this may be appealing to potential employers).

I highly recommend this course as this was very beneficial for me. I learned a lot of new things and most of all, it cleared a lot of confusions and misconceptions that I had about some learning algorithms. … I’m on the last week of Neural Networks and Deep Learning, the first course in the specialization.
