Little / Small – Scoring section of the board, like the 20’s, 19’s, etc. is called the bed and the single bed among the bull and the treble is termed as LITTLE / SMALL. For e.g. throwing a dart in the “20” segment scores you 20 points. Low Ton – Scoring between 100-150 points in one turn is referred to as Low Ton.

A player may lean their upper part of the body over the throw line and throw a dart or darts as long as their toe doesn’t cross the front edge of the throw line. A player may not lunge or cross the front edge of the throw line while throwing a dart.

When the remaining points go below zero, it’s called a BUST. In case of a BUST, your round ends there even if you did not throw your 3 darts . Your next round starts with the score you had before the BUST. 01 has 6 types: 301, 501, 701, 901, 1101, and 1501. The player that lower his/her score to exactly 0 first, wins.

It’s much easier said than done, but try to avoid getting mad or emotional. Focus your frustration at the dart board, but don’t throw your darts as hard as you can. Instead, take out your frustrations on the board by concentrating on what you’re aiming at and you will forget about your slump in no time.
