We cannot claim that ALL universities will accept IOU’s degrees , as it each country has its own practices and standards for recognition of university credits and studies, accreditation and/or recognition of prior learning (RPL).

The Islamic Online University (IOU) is the brainchild of Dr. Bilal Philips, who envisioned a higher-learning institution that offers intensive online undergraduate and graduate programs that are completely tuition-free .

The International Open University is amongst the most ethnically diverse universities in the world (year 2018). In 2018, the International Open University’s programs were ranked among the six best online Middle Eastern Studies programs by Successful Student, although by June 2020 they had been removed from this list.

So, courses are taught fully online or with materials sent to your home . The goal of open universities is to offer everyone equal opportunities to develop their abilities, to improve their level of education and to retrain for a new career.
