Ans.: You have to lodge a request for a new Password using ‘Unable to Access my Account’ link . You can avail this link on login page of HRMS. You can also request for User-Id using this link. CMGI will issue you a new Password along with your User-Id within 7 days from lodging of request.

If you are a first time user on HRMS portal of Indian Railways, then log in with the Default password “Test@123“. Username will be your HRMS ID . You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in successfully.
