How do you find someone else’s playlist on YouTube

This feature disappeared a few months ago. Now, in order to create a new playlist from an album, you have to create the playlist, which automatically is added to the top of the list of playlists and folders, then drag the new playlist into a folder.

Go to video manager > watch later in the left bar (this doesn’t show up in playlist view so open up youtube.com in a new tab). Click the select all box. Click the playlist drop down, then select add to new playlist. Give it a name and a privacy setting, then click create new playlist.
