How do I overclock my GPU RX 580 for mining?

The MSI Radeon RX 580 Armor OC 8GB graphics card performs fairly well in modern triple A games but is nothing to really write home about . An average of the average frame rates across the 8 games tested was 95 FPS, which is good, but for the current price of the card, it is terrible.

Well, the RX 580 is really not designed to handle 4K gaming , it does great at 1080p though. But some games will run on low fps (20 to 25 fps) on 4K, while other games would just be slow (14 fps or less), if that’s okay by you, then fine, but 1080p gaming is also great i assume.
