How do I fix the Google Services framework has stopped?

Go to Google’s Device Registration page here and paste/type your Google Services Framework ID on the Android ID box and tap Register . After registering, you may enter your Google credentials on the Play Store. And you might as well reboot your device for good measure.

Restart your Android. Force stop and clear data from Google Services Framework. Wipe cache partition. Remove and add Google Account again.

Google Service Framework maintains important google apps that come preinstalled in android phones such as (play store, contact sync, account manager, and backup). So if it does not have the framework but still has these apps then these features could potentially cease to function properly.
