You claim Spark by adding a message key, representing a Flare address, to your XRP Ledger account . Adding a message key to your XRP Ledger account does not affect security, message keys are only informational.

First, search for your XRP address on XRPSCAN. Then, click on the Flare tab . If your XRP address was eligible and is registered, this will show you your Flare address, snapshot balance, Spark claim, and Songbird claim: You will receive the amount of FLR shown beside Spark claim after the Spark network launches!
