Here’s an easy way for those of you who want to exchange tokens in Trust Wallet. Before swapping, make sure you have the Trust Wallet application installed on your smartphone. Sign in or create your Trust Wallet account first. Make sure you already have a BNB Smart Chain balance.

This is the procedure I use; Add a binance chain chrome extension. Import seed phrase from trust wallet. Three chains are available. Add ETH as a coin, go to dex (swap) on the bottom, select BNB as the sending coin and ETH as the receiving coin.
