The GTX 1650 SUPER is worth it. Not only it easily runs all games in 1080p and 1440p high/ultra settings , but it also offers a great price to performance ratio while being future proof and having a low power consumption compared to its competitors.

Which AMD GPU has similar level of performance to the 1650 super? Either of those are 2x the cost of a 1650 Super. The appropriate AMD equivalent is the RX 5500 series (soon to be released) or the current RX 570/580/590.

GTX 1650 especially laptop version is not a great mining card , and unlike desktop GPUs with dedicated cooling, laptop GPUs constantly hit temperatures of the order of 80–90s on full load. Yes your graphics card life will reduce with your temperatures. 2–3 years down the line it will cause random crashes and BSODs.
