ETH on Polygon MetaMask

The Polygon Bridge is a trustless cross-chain transaction channel between Polygon and Ethereum . It allows users to transfer ERC tokens and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to the Polygon sidechain, all through the use of smart contracts.

Once you have ETH in your wallet, click on the three circles on the right. You’ll see a button, Bridge to Polygon . After clicking it, a pop-up window will appear and you can enter how much ETH you would like to bridge onto Polygon. You’ll be prompted to sign a transaction on your crypto wallet.

Usually, it takes up to 5 minutes . If you want to withdraw tokens from Polygon to Ethereum, it might take up to 3 hours (or 7 days depending on the method).
