To Add an Image using a Placeholder Click the Placeholder you’d like to add an image to; Drag and Drop your image, choose from your Media library, or select the placeholder to upload an image from your device.

A placeholder is no more than an insertion point (a tag) on a page template (see Page Templates) to identify where there is a contribution region (that is, editable area) on the web page .
