After cancel the subscription, you will not be able to access the course materials , but all the accomplishments including certificate and grade will still be there for you.20 Mar 2019

If you go to My Coursera, click on your profile name at the top right , and click on Accomplishments, you will find the list of courses you have completed. You should be able to access those courses again from there.
