Guido van Rossum , the creator of the Python programming language, today announced that he has unretired and joined Microsoft’s Developer Division.

They developed a Workflow Automation System (WAS) for NASA which is fast, cheap and right. Internal sources within the critical project added that: “Python allows us to tackle the complexity of programs like the WAS without getting bogged down in the language ”.

Python is used by Intel, IBM, NASA, Pixar, Netflix, Facebook, JP Morgan Chase, Spotify, and a number of other massive companies . It’s one of the four main languages at Google, while Google’s YouTube is largely written in Python. Same with Reddit, Pinterest, and Instagram.
