Dex, an abbreviation for the dexterity attribute in role playing games.

Dexterity controls attack and movement speed and accuracy, as well as evading an opponent’s attack (see Armor Class).

“Int” means “intentional.” It means that your play is so bad, you look like you are intentionally dying, harming your team .
