Daily and Monthly withdrawal limit is $9,000 . There is no lifetime limit on withdrawals. Currently for Off-chain staking you will need to be verified to an Intermediate level account.

Takes up to 10 minutes . None. Internal checks are complete, withdrawal transaction is sent to payment gateway for processing. Takes up to 10 minutes.

Sign into your account at https://www.kraken.com. Navigate to Funding at the top of the page. Click the Withdraw button and use the Search bar to find US Dollar (USD). Select Synapse (Wire, additional verifications) from the drop-down menu.
