Wireless Communication is a method of transmitting information from one point to other, without using any connection like wires, cables or any physical medium . Generally, in a communication system, information is transmitted from transmitter to receiver that are placed over a limited distance.

In 1894, Guglielmo Marconi began developing a wireless telegraph system using radio waves , which had been known about since proof of their existence in 1888 by Heinrich Hertz, but discounted as a communication format since they seemed, at the time, to be a short range phenomenon.

1880: It all started with the discovery of radio waves, which soon led to the telegraph and mobile phones . 1901: A brief letter between Britain and Canada was the first wireless Transatlantic message. 1922: With the discovery of FM frequencies, as well as the portable radio, a framework was established.
