If you want to buy the best SIM card in the United Kingdom, I recommend going with EE, Vodafone, or Three . EE is the best overall without free EU roaming anymore. Vodafone is great overall (fast, great coverage & EU roaming). Three has the fastest 5G NR speeds but is the worst in all other aspects.
