Yes, the OnePlus 8T 5G will work with both At&T & T-Mobile . I am running dual SIMS and have both. HOWEVER, I just got off the phone with AT&T earlier and they do NOT support OnePlus phones as far as offering 5G even though these phones are 5G capable.
