you can find the trace files in the TREX admin under the register “Trace” or in the filesystem under /usr/sap/trex_<sys-nr.>/trace . To get more detailed traces please open the TREX admin, register “Admin”, select an index, change to register “Queue Parameters” and click on “Set Queue Parameters”.
