The OnePlus 9 Pro does have C-Band support, band N77 and N78 , it doesn’t have to be approved by Verizon to work on C-Band, OnePlus has to enable N77 as it is disabled via software, it can be enabled with QPST, I did it on my 9 Pro, no UW icon, fastest speed I got was 670Mbps.
